The year-round professional staff consists of a caretaker and an assistant, who have indicated that if desired, they are willing to continue to serve a new owner for the foreseeable future. Their qualifications and experience are available upon request by a qualified purchaser.
All of the property, including but not limited to its roads and pathways, is private property, and no person is permitted to venture onto any portion of the property without the owner’s prior written consent. All showings must be approved in advance, and visitors must be accompanied at all times by a representative of the owner. Any person on the property without the owner’s prior express written consent will be deemed and treated as a trespasser, and may be subject to arrest. Qualified purchasers and their representatives will be permitted to visit and inspect the property by appointment ONLY, arranged in advance with the owner.
